I provide in-person therapy in Pittsburgh PA as well as online therapy to individuals located in all PSYPACT states (for a list click here- PSYPACTMap – Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT))
I specialize in providing individual psychotherapy to adults who are seeking help with:
- Trauma and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
- Borderline Personality Disorder
- Mood problems, including depression and bipolar
- Anxiety problems, such as chronic worry, phobias, and panic
- Establishing and maintaining wellness and recovery throughout life
I have specialized training in a number of evidence based treatments, including:
- Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Radically-Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for mood and anxiety problems
- Interpersonal and Social Rhythms Therapy (IPSRT)
- Cognitive-Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP)
Age
I have focused exclusively on working with individuals over 18 in my clinical training and practice. I do not provide services to children, families, or couples, as this requires special training and is outside my scope of practice.

- If I don’t accept your insurance, you may elect to self-pay and then seek reimbursement from your insurance company with a detailed invoice I provide. I suggest calling the number on the back of your insurance card to inquire about this option.
Location
My office is located in the Regent Square neighborhood of Pittsburgh PA. The address is 1124 S Braddock Avenue, Suite A, Pgh PA 15218. There is free parking on the street in front of my office and in the surrounding neighborhood. The 61A, 71, and P71 bus-lines stop at the corner of S Braddock and Hutchinson Ave, just a half block away.
